dc.description.abstractEl objetivo general del presente trabajo de investigación es la de reducir la accidentabilidad en la empresa Bristol Myers Squibb Cia Ltda., empresa dedicada a la manufactura de productos farmacéuticos los que deben de seguir para su elaboración, políticas, normas y procedimientos de Calidad para ofrecer al consumidor un producto final de la mas alta calidad y con los mejores estandadares de higiene. Por eso se ha identificado los principales problemas y sus causas, mediante la aplicación científica orientado a la Salud ocupacional utilizando para el efecto el Reglamento General del seguro y Riesgos del Trabajo, el Reglamento de Seguridad y salud de los Trabajadores y Mejoramiento del Medio Ambiente de Trabajo [Decreto Ejecutivo 2393], y herramientas de calidad como el diagrama de causa y efecto o Ishikawa. El trabajo no pretende ser una solución a los problemas que se presentan en la empresa pero si se quiere dar una pauta para que la organización pueda de alguna manera proteger a sus empleados dándoles charlas de capacitación, en el área de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional basados especialmente en la elaboración de un Plan Maestro De Seguridad Industrial el mismo que contiene programas de capacitación, programas de control de ruidos, control de iluminación Industrial, implementar y poner en uso el sistema contra incendios capacitando brigadistas para combatir emergencias y contingencias y por último elaborar un reglamento de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional, siendo este una herramienta muy importante para el trabajador y para la parte directiva de la empresa, con esto no se quiere pensar que los accidentes dejaran de ocurrir pero si se dejara en claro cuales son los deberes y derechos de los trabajadores en cuanto a seguridad se refiere. También se propone modificar la estructura del Departamento de Seguridad dándole a los integrantes funciones específicas con el propósito de cubrir todas la áreas de la empresa con los roles que ella implica.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe overall objective of this research is to reduce the accident in the company Bristol Myers Squibb Cia Ltda, a company to the manufacture of pharmaceutical products which must be followed for development, policies, standards and procedures to provide the Quality consumer end product of the highest quality and the best estandadares hygiene. So has identified the main problems and causes, through scientific application oriented Occupational Health using for this purpose the General Regulation of the Insurance and Risk Labour Regulation of Occupational Safety and Health of Workers and Improvement Working Environment [Executive Order 2393], and quality tools as cause and effect diagram or Ishikawa. The work is not intended to be a solution to the problems that arise in the business but if you give a pattern so that the organization can somehow protect their employees giving training lectures in the area of Occupational Safety and Health especially based on the development of a Master Security Plan Industrial containing the same training programs, control programs Noise, Industrial lighting control, implement and use the Fire brigade training system to combat emergencies and contingencies and finally make regulations for industrial safety and occupational health, this being a very important tool for the worker and to the policy of the company, this means do not think that stop accidents happen but if left clear what are the duties and rights of workers in terms of safety. also proposes to modify the structure of the Security Department giving the members specific functions in order to cover all areas of the company with the roles she implies.es_ES
