dc.description.abstractLa tecnología tanto a nivel de Hardware como de Software avanza de manera sorprendente y más aún a nivel del desarrollo de aplicaciones y servicios web, las nuevas plataformas de desarrollo como lenguajes de programación hacen posible la interacción de las personas con los sitios web, haciéndolas más atractivas y dinámicas con información variable, para eso el estudio de lenguajes Open Source como PHP, CSS, HTML5, JQUERY entre otras. De esta manera y haciendo el uso de estas tecnologías, que están inmersas en el avance y desarrollo de la WEB 3.0, integramos tecnologías móviles como mensajería de texto que darán un mayor grado de utilidad y aplicación en lo que se plantea del proyecto que se ofrece como es la guía judicial. Este proyecto tiene como idea principal brindar a la ciudadanía una fuente de conocimientos en las áreas legales y administrativas de manera que no sean vulnerables ante cualquier situación que estos presenten en algún momento de su vida, utilizando para esto herramientas modernas en el campo del desarrollo web, que facilitarán la accesibilidad a la información, en cualquier lugar y cualquier momento de nuestras vidas.es_ES
dc.description.abstractTechnology both Hardware and Software advances and even more surprisingly level application development and web services, new development platforms such as programming languages enable the interaction of people with websites, making them more attractive and dynamic variable information, for that the study of Open Source languages like PHP, CSS, HTML5, JQUERY among others. In this way and by the use of these technologies, which are immersed in the progress and development of the Web 3.0, we integrated mobile technologies such as text messaging that will give a greater degree of utility and application in which the project is proposed to be offered as legal guidance. The project's main idea to provide the public a source of knowledge in the legal and administrative areas so they are not vulnerable to any situation that these arise at some point in your life, using modern tools in this field of web development , to facilitate accessibility to information, anywhere and any time of our lives.es_ES
