(biopulpectomias) o limpiar, conformar y desinfectar (necropulpectomias)
In preparing endodontic root canal is a step important during endodontic treatment , as this may determine the success or failure of endodontic treatment. The biomechanical preparation , is a set of procedures mechanical ( mechanical preparation ) with the help of products chemicals ( chemical preparation ) is to clean and shape ( biopulpectomias ) or cleaning, shaping and disinfection ( necropulpectomias ) steps to ensure the original anatomy of the duct , generating favorable conditions for clog . The biomechanical preparation , seeks to create a more direct possible access to near the cement - dentin - Duct ( CDC) union promoting clean as possible and a tapered shape cervico- apical . The biomechanical preparation , becomes complex when is narrow and curved root canals , represented mainly by the buccal of the upper molars and mesial of the lower molars in these ducts are reported complications such as broken tools , steps, perforations, transportations , stripping, which in some cases can be solved , but that could have been prevented . The objective of the preparation of the root canal is to achieve gradually toward apical conical shape to facilitate cleaning said pipe system without creating any complication Iatrogenic such as locks , steps, transport, drilling, or fracture of the instruments, and finally to seal . To this goal there are a number of instruments some manuals for use without manual rotate and rotary ProTaper they are a new proposal on the market . For this reason attempts to determine the effectiveness of rotary hand tools, and manual preparation of the root canal
