dc.description.abstractLas infecciones en heridas por quemadura son una de las complicaciones más comunes que ocasiona la muerte a los pacientes quemados por la susceptibilidad que ocasiona la lesión, de ahí que se realizara la investigación con el objetivo de identificar los factores asociados que inciden en las infecciones de heridas por quemaduras en la Unidad de Quemados del Hospital Eugenio Espejo. La metodología desarrollada fue cuantitativa descriptiva y para la recolección de información se utilizaron una encuesta y una guía de observación, amabas al personal de enfermería. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron identificar como principales agentes patógenos causantes de las infecciones en los pacientes quemados atendidos en la Unidad de Quemados del Hospital Eugeniola Pseudomona Aeruginosa en primer lugar con un 32%, seguido del Staphylococcus Epidérmis en 23% y así como factores condicionantes de su el tiempo posterior a las 72 horas para recibir atención y tratamiento y la inadecuada la higienización de las heridas por parte de los pacientes principalmente, unido al incumplimiento de las medidas de asepsia y antisepsia al momento de la curación por parte del personal de enfermería, a la no realización del lavado de manos en los cinco momentos establecidos y la no utilización en todo momento de los medios de barrera, realizándose un programa de control de infecciones de las heridas por quemadura que contribuirá a solucionar dicha problemática y quedará como aporte de la investigación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractInfections in burn wounds are one of the most common complications that cause death to patients burned by the susceptibility caused by the injury, hence the research was carried out with the aim of identifying the associated factors that affect the infections of Burn wounds in the Burn Unit of Eugenio Espejo Hospital. The methodology developed was quantitative descriptive and for the collection of information a survey and an observation guide were used, you loved the nursing staff.
