dc.description.abstractUno de los principales problemas al comenzar la investigación fue la falta de conocimiento de los pacientes hacia la patología con la que ellos viven llamándola así porque es obstrucción irreversible, ellos al no tener conocimiento adecuado de la misma no le dan el mayor importismo y se vuelven sedentarios e independiente de las demás personas a su alrededor, los objetivos muy claros e importante en este estudio fueron las charlas, seguido de los talleres prácticos para enseñar a los pacientes la ejecución adecuada de cada maniobra a la que ellos accedieron muy gentilmente para este estudio, entre los instrumentos a utilizar diremos q es una investigación que no llevo muchos recursos entre los más importantes fueron el pulsioxímetro, estetoscopio y una cinta métrica común y corriente de las que se utilizan en costura de telas, también contamos con las hojas de recolección de datos y en ciertos pacientes accedí a la historia clínica de cada uno de los pacientes por colaboración del Dr. Neumólogo jefe de área y medico de cabeza de los pacientes de esta muestra. Los procedimientos a seguir fueron en este orden: encuesta, charlas, toma de la primera evaluación a los pacientes, talleres prácticos en donde se les enseño las maniobras, segunda evaluación y finalmente los datos estadísticos obtenidos. Con esta investigación está en claro 2 opciones a favor, la concientización del paciente acerca de la patología que padece, se conseguir también que ellos presten importancia a la acción de cada ejercicio puntual y realizarlo como rutina durante su vida diaria en la comodidad de su hogar, una de las conclusiones claras es que si se trata con este programa a los pacientes desde su primer diagnóstico conseguiremos que aquellos pacientes ralenticen la obstrucción crónica , dejar a un lado el sedentarismo y vivir en plenitud.es_ES
dc.description.abstractOne of the main problems at the beginning of the research was the lack of knowledge of the patients towards the pathology with which they live, calling it that because it is irreversible obstruction, they do not have adequate knowledge of it and do not give it the greatest importance and become sedentary and independent of the other people around them, the very clear and important objectives in this study were the talks, followed by the practical workshops to teach the patients the proper execution of each maneuver to which they agreed very kindly for this study Among the instruments to be used we will say that it is an investigation that did not take many resources among the most important were the pulse oximeter, stethoscope and a common tape measure of those used in fabric sewing, we also have the collection sheets of data and in certain patients I accessed the clinical history of each of the patients thanks to the collaboration of Dr. Area chief pulmonologist and head physician of the patients in this sample. The procedures to be followed were in this order: survey, talks, taking the first evaluation of the patients, practical workshops where they were taught the maneuvers, second evaluation and finally the statistical data obtained. With this research it is clear 2 options in favor, the awareness of the patient about the pathology that he suffers, it is also achieved that they pay importance to the action of each specific exercise and perform it as a routine during their daily life in the comfort of their home One of the clear conclusions is that if patients are treated with this program from their first diagnosis, we will achieve that those patients slow down the chronic obstruction, put aside their sedentary lifestyle and live fully.es_ES
