Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo determinar la prevención de los riesgos ocupacionales en la salud de los trabajadores del Hospital La Libertad. Se justifica por no existir un Programad e Salud Ocupacional en los Hospitales del Ecuador, previo a un diagnóstico, se precisaron las áreas y puestos de trabajo identificando sus causas, consecuencias y medidas preventivas. Se aplicaron el método de la investigación basada en la observación directa y recolección de información, siendo los instrumentos de evaluación los Sistemas de Auditorias de Riesgos de Trabajo, Vigilancias medicas, registros, inspecciones y encuestas. Los riesgos fueron ponderados de acuerdo a su grado de nivel de intervención obtenidos de las matrices con la finalidad de saber cuáles son los factores de riesgos que tienen una magnitud alta de ocurrencia y un grado de probabilidad bajo , siendo el de mayor importancia el riesgo biológico. Los Reglamentos de Seguridad, Salud e Higiene Ocupacional, fueron utilizados para identificar las variables, para determinar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de prevalencia e incidencias, accidentes y enfermedades profesionales. El autor de este Proyecto recomienda la creación de una Unidad de Seguridad, Salud e Higiene industrial utilizando las directrices del Programa de Salud Ocupacional. Como conclusión se deben cumplir todas las recomendaciones para eliminar el peligro en la fuente, en el medio y en las personas, dando un bienestar al trabajador y un rendimiento eficiente en los procesos y actividades de trabajo
The present project aims at determining the prevention of the occupational hazards in the health of the workers of the Hospital Freedom. He justifies himself not to be a Program and Occupational Health in the Hospitals of Ecuador, previous to a diagnosis, the areas and job positions identifying your causes, consequences and preventive measures were described in detail. The method of the investigation based upon observation direct and information retrieval were applicable, being the instruments of evaluation Auditory's Systems of Occupational Hazards, Vigilance medical, records, inspections and opinion polls. Risks were pondered according to their degree of action level obtained of the wombs with the aim of knowing as they are the factors of risks that have a high magnitude of funny remark and a low degree of probability, being the one of bigger importance the biological risk. Safety regulations, health and Occupational Higyene, were used to identify variables, in order to determine the fulfillment of the indicators of prevalence and incidences, accidents and occupational diseases. This project’s author recommends the Creation of a Secure Unit. For Young Offenders Mental Patients, Health and Industrial Hygiene using the directrix of the Occupational Health Program. Like conclusion all recommendations to eliminate danger at the source should come true, in the middle and in the people, giving a well-being to the worker and an efficient performance in the processes and activities of work
