dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo hace referencia a la clasificación y organización de documentos para el desarrollo y funcionamiento. Frente a la visible dificultad que se presenta en el manejo de la información en la Faculta de Jurisprudencia ciencias sociales y políticas área de archivo, es por ello la creación de un manual de normas archivísticas, para ayudar y así cumplir con las normas actualmente requeridas, ya que es fundamental el manejo de información en el área de secretaria general de la carrera. Así poder generar una mejor clasificación y organización en lo que se basa a los documentos que se encuentran en el archivo activo de la carreraes_ES
dc.description.abstractThis work refers to the classification and organization of documents for development and operation. Faced with the visible difficulty that arises in the management of information in the Faculty of Jurisprudence, social and political sciences, archival area, it is for this reason the creation of a manual of archival norms, to help and thus comply with the norms currently required, since it is fundamental the handling of information in the area of general secretary of the race.
