dc.description.abstractEl Dr. Antonio Parra Velasco, es un ilustre personaje de suma importancia en el accionar político - social del Ecuador, y a su vez un prominente exponente de la política exterior latinoamericana. A través de la Doctrina Hispanoamericana, a su corta edad ya tuvo una visión futurista en pro de los estados latinoamericanos, que les permitiría convertirse en agentes activos en el escenario internacional. Las necesidades de América Latina no han cambiado a pesar del transcurso de los años, y sujetándome a aquello expongo en el trabajo la siguiente propuesta: crear la Unidad de Integración Regional Socioeconómica, Política y Cultural de América Latina en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana de Ecuador, para poder aplicar la Doctrina ¨Parra Velasco¨, cuya esencia de integración latinoamericana se mantiene vigente en este mundo globalizado.es_ES

Through the Spanish-American doctrine, at his young age he already had a future vision for Latin American States, which would allow them to become active agents in the international arena.
