| es_ES |
dc.description.sponsorship | The present research work was carried out in Fatima enclosure, Santa Lucia canton, Guayas province, located at 20 m.s.m. The effect of applying macro and micro fertilizers on corn cultivation was evaluated. Six treatments were studied (N, N + P, N + P + K, N + P + K + Zn, N + P + K + Zn + B, N + P + K + ZnB + Si) plus the absolute control with four replications. The fully randomized block design was applied to gauge the following variables: plant height (cm), height of cob insertion (cm), cob diameter (cm), length of cob (cm), number of rows per cob, weight of 1000 grains (g) and yield. According to the results, it was concluded that: Treatment 7 (NPKZnBSi) reported the best agronomic variables of cob length, cob diameter and cob weight. Regarding the variables: height of plant, height of insertion of the cob and weight of 1000 grains, there were not treatments with significant differences. The treatment 7 (NPKZnBSi) reached the highest yield with an average of 8631 kg / ha. Of all the treatments under study, the most profitable was the sixth one (NPKZnB). | es_ES |
