dc.description.abstractEl objetivo es fortalecer las capacidades de los adultos mayores en el conocimiento de sus beneficios de las exoneraciones en la ciudad de Guayaquil, para que de esta manera obtengan un beneficio económico que ayude a mejorar su poder adquisitivo. El desarrollo tiene un enfoque cualitativo y se aplicó la metodología analítica- descriptiva, basados en estos se tomó los datos del INEC, además se realizó encuestas a los adultos mayores y entrevistas a funcionarios del SRI para lograr una recopilación de información que ayude al discernimiento de la problemática de la investigación. Se concluyó que 41% de la población de adultos mayores no tiene conocimiento de las exenciones tributarias; el 62% no ha realizado declaraciones y devoluciones de IVA. Por lo cual es importante desarrollar el programa de difusión que ayudará a disminuir el porcentaje de desconocimiento y esto beneficiará la economía de esta población vulnerable.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe aim is to strengthen the capacities of older adults in the knowledge of the benefits of exonerations in the city of Guayaquil, to thereby obtain an economic benefit to help improve their purchasing power. The development has a qualitative approach and analytic methodology descriptive applied, based on these data the INEC was taken, further surveys will be conducted to seniors and interviews with officials SRI to achieve a compilation of information to assist the discernment of the problem of research. It was concluded that 41% of the elderly population is not aware of tax exemptions; 62% have not made statements and VAT returns. Therefore, it is important to develop outreach program that will help reduce the percentage of ignorance and this will benefit the economy of this vulnerable population.es_ES
