dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se llevo a cabo en el cantón Puerto López, provincia de Manabí con el propósito de identificar las principales falencias del sistema turístico y asi poder desarrollar los lineamientos adecuados que permitan asegurar un optimo servicio al turista. El diseño metodológico que se escogió fue una investigación bibliográfica y de campo de tipo descriptivo, apoyada en el método analítico–sintético, inductivo–deductivo, partiendo de la existencia del problema ¿Cuáles son las principales falencias que tiene el sistema turístico del cantón Puerto López, asi como las barreras que han impedido que este importante cantón no desarrolle de manera exitosa? La recolección de datos se realizó mediante la aplicación de entrevistas y encuestas a turistas nacionales y extranjeros donde se pudo evidenciar la inconformidad que tienen los turistas referentes al servicio recibido. Seguidamente se presenta una campaña integral de marketing turístico basada en los lineamientos Plandetur 2020 como propuesta de mejoramiento del sistema turístico del cantón Puerto López, provincia de Manabí. Finalmente se incluyen las conclusiones con sus respectivas recomendaciones que surgen de la investigación realizadaes_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted in the canton Puerto Lopez, Manabi province in order to identify the main shortcomings of the tourism system and so to develop appropriate guidelines to ensure optimal service to tourists. The methodological design chosen was a literature and field research descriptive, based on the synthetic-analytical, inductive-deductive, based on the existence of the problem method What are the main weaknesses that has the tourism system of Canton Puerto Lopez as well as the barriers that have prevented this important canton not develop successfully? Data collection was performed by applying interviews and surveys domestic and foreign tourists where dissent was evident with tourists regarding the service received. Then a comprehensive tourism marketing campaign based on the guidelines Plandetur 2020 proposal to improve the tourism system of Canton Puerto Lopez, Manabi province is presented. Finally, conclusions with their respective recommendations arising from the investigation includedes_ES
