dc.description.abstractThe present research work has the objective of analyzing the attitude of the students with respect to the improvement of their listening skills in the English language in the ninth year of general basic education at the Rina Ortiz de Bucaram School of Basic Education. For this reason, this paper seeks to determine the influence of educational videos on the improvement of students' listening skills. The authors reviewed a variety of theories and scientific studies for the theoretical development of the research variables which are audiovisual techniques and listening skills. After this review, research methods and techniques were used, applying also the instruments such as the survey and the interview which evidenced the reality of the students with respect to their auditory reality. Finally, the results were analyzed and it was concluded that it is important to design a didactic guide composed of educational videos and their respective activities, which will be an extra material for the teacher to improve listening skills.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la actitud de los estudiantes con respecto al mejoramiento de la habilidad auditiva en el idioma inglés en el noveno año de educación general básica de la escuela de educación básica fiscal Rina Ortiz de Bucaram. Por esta razón, este trabajo busca determinar la influencia de los videos educacionales en la mejora de la habilidad auditiva de los estudiantes. Los autores revisaron una variedad de teorías y estudios científicos para el desarrollo teórico de las variables de investigación que son técnicas audiovisuales y habilidad auditiva. Después de esta revisión se utilizaron métodos y técnicas de investigación aplicando también los instrumentos como la encuesta y la entrevista los cuales evidenciaron la realidad de los alumnos con respecto a su realidad auditiva. Finalmente se analizaron los resultados y se llegó a la conclusión de la importancia de diseñar una guía didáctica compuesta de videos educacionales y sus respectivas actividades, la cual será un material extra para el profesor para el mejoramiento de la habilidad auditiva.es_ES
