dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo fue elaborado en la empresa de servicios Vatadur S.A. con el fin de identificar las áreas estratégicas de operaciones y que estarían afectando o podrían afectar las utilidades de la empresa, puesto que en diversas ocasiones se han presentado problemas por el retraso en la entrega de las obras pactadas. Utilizando como herramienta el grafico de Pareto se pudo identificar como área estratégica al taller de soldadura de la planta ya que solamente este taller utilizaba el 86,6 % del total de mano de obra de la planta. Ya identificada la zona de riesgo se concentro los esfuerzos para determinar que causa los problemas en este taller, esto se lo hizo utilizando el diagrama causa-efecto y luego utilizando nuevamente el grafico de Pareto se localizo los problemas que causan mayor inconveniente en el desarrollo de las actividades de este taller, siendo las siguientes: Demora en la compra de materiales y por lo tanto incumplimiento en la entrega de trabajos terminadas. Para resolver estos problemas se realizo una serie de medidas correctivas todas ellas basadas en la técnica de Gestión de Stocks o también llamada gestión de inventarios. Al terminar el trabajo de investigación se cumplió el objetivo de identificar la zona riesgo o estratégica como resulto el taller de soldadura y que efectivamente estaba afectando a las utilidades al demorar la entrega de las obras terminadas, corrigiendo esas anomalías mediante la técnica de gestión de stocks.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis paper was prepared in the utility Vatadur SA in order to identify strategic areas of operations that would affect or could affect the profits of the company, as on several occasions there have been problems in the late delivery of the agreed works. Using as tool the Pareto chart could be identified as a strategic area at the welding shop floor as this workshop used only 86.6% of the total workforce of the plant. Already identified the risk zone concentrated efforts to determine what caused the problems in this workshop that was done using the cause-effect diagram and then again using the Pareto chart the issues of greatest objection was localized development activities of this workshop, being the following: Delay in purchase of materials and therefore non-delivery of finished work. To solve these problems a number of corrective measures all based on the technique of Inventory Management, also called inventory management was conducted. At the end of the research in order to identify the risk or strategic area and turned the welding shop and it was actually affecting utilities to delay delivery of finished works, correcting these anomalies through technical management stocks fulfilled .es_ES
