dc.description.abstractEn esta Tesis elaborada en el Hospital Dr. Teodoro Maldonado Carbo del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, tiene como objetivo Investigar, Analizar, Identificar, los factores de riesgos a que están expuestas las personas que laboran en el Departamento de Mantenimiento, en las que realizan sus labores diarias, con la finalidad de que se tome medidas correctivas para poder proteger la integridad de cada trabajador para de esta manera desarrollar soluciones que permitan eliminar o minimizar los riesgos identificados dentro de la misma y así el ambiente de trabajo sea mas seguro. Los resultados que dieron del análisis fueron que el hospital no tenia un Departamento de Seguridad Industrial, además que falta de Equipos de Protección Personal, falta de Señalización, el personal no cuenta con conocimientos de Seguridad Industrial, extintores caducados. Para las medidas correctivas pertinentes se analizo el tamaño de los riesgos, para ello vamos a utilizar el Método FINE, lo cual este método plantea el análisis de cada riesgo mediante peligrosidad: consecuencia x probabilidad x exposición, también se utilizo el Diagrama Causa Efecto. Por lo cual se planteo la propuesta de la creación de un Departamento de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional, Capacitar al Personal de dicho departamento y a su vez a los empleados de la institución, ya que se disminuiría los Accidente laborales y Enfermedades Profesionales.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis thesis elaborated in the Hospital Dr. Teodoro Maldonado Carbo Institute Ecuadorian Social Security, aims to investigate, analyze, identify, risk factors they are exposed to people who work in the Maintenance Department, in performing their daily work, with the aim that corrective action is taken to protect the integrity of each worker thus to develop solutions to eliminate or minimize risks identified within the same and so the work environment safer. The results of the analysis were given were that the hospital did not have a Department Industrial Safety, in addition to lack of Personal Protective Equipment, lack of Signage, staff do not have knowledge of Industrial Safety, extinguishers expired. For corrective measures, I analyze the size risks, for this we will use the FINE method which this method raises the analysis of each risk by hazard: consequence x probability x exposure, Cause Effect Diagram also I use. Therefore he raised the proposal for the creation of a Department of Industrial Safety and Health Occupational Training Staff of the department and in turn employees of the institution, and that labor would diminish Accident and Illness Professionals.es_ES
