Factores de riesgo para enfermedades gastrointestinales en adultos jóvenes de la Isla Santa Cruz

Resumen
Antecedentes. Las infecciones gastrointestinales son asociadas a las
enfermedades correlacionadas a condiciones socioeconómicas, culturales,
étnicas y educativas, factores que afectan a la población de Santa Cruz,
provincia de Galápagos. El objeto de estudio, enfermedades gastrointestinales
y su objetivo, determinar factores de riesgos que inciden en las enfermedades
gastrointestinales en adultos jóvenes que asisten a la emergencia del Hospital
República del Ecuador. La metodología es de enfoque cuantitativo, analítico,
trasversal correlacional basado en la historia clínica de los pacientes durante los
meses de septiembre a octubre la herramienta son encuestas aplicadas en
octubre; los datos obtenidos en cuadros, gráficos y herramienta de hoja de
cálculo de programa Excel, la investigación realizada al total del universo fue de
100 pacientes con historia clínica atendidos en Hospital República del Ecuador
con enfermedades gastrointestinales ; el resultado obtenido a los pacientes fue
que según el sexo, no presentó diferencias signo... los pacientes fue según el
sexo, no presentadas diferencias significativas entre hombres y mujeres, la edad
del grupo frecuente, cuatro de cada cinco investigaron de los adultos jóvenes,
predominando el sexo femenino 70% y el sexo masculino 30% , la razón de la
enfermedad gastrointestinal el predominio , no se lava es ellos las manos antes
de comer alimentos 61%; higiene condiciones insuficientes y la condición aguda
en 55%. Se concluye que los factores de riesgo afectan a los habitantes
corroborando la hipótesis planteada en esta investigación. Se hace propuesta
para evitar esta patología realizar programa educativo de prevención "limpieza y
salud" y bajar el índice de morbilidad y mortalidad. Prevention – Factores de

The methodology is quantitative approach, based on the clinical history of patients during the months of August to October, analytical tool are surveys implemented in October; the data presented in tables, charts and tool of the spreadsheet program Excel, research carried out at the total of the universe was of 100 patients with gastric diseases; the result retrieved to the observe to those patients was that according to the sex, not presented differences sign... them patients was that per the sex, not presented differences significant between men and women, the group age frequent, four of every five investigated of adults between 20 and 40 years of age, predominating the sex female 71%, and the reason of disease gastrointestinal the predominance, not washing is them hands before eating food 61%; in conditions hygiene, inadequate and the of condition acute at 55%. Is concludes that the factors of risk affect in the parasitoids intestinal, corroborating the hypothesis raised in this research. Is made as proposed to avoid this pathology perform program educational of prevention "cleaning and health" and lower the index of morbidity and mortality.
