Estudio de la cicatrización post – quirúrgica en tercer molar superior en un paciente diabético

| dc.description.abstract | Es de gran importancia conocer el riesgo y las complicaciones que presentan los pacientes diabéticos al momento de ser sometidos a una intervención quirúrgica u otro tratamiento, por lo cual es necesario tomar las medidas adecuadas antes y durante el procedimiento quirúrgico para prevenir futuras infecciones, la extracción de terceros molares comprende una serie de riesgos por lo tanto al momento de realizar este procedimiento tendremos en cuenta que debemos realizar una técnica anestésica correcta, trabajar en el menor tiempo posible y realizar una buena técnica quirúrgica para realizar una cirugía exitosa libre de complicaciones, en el presente trabajo tenemos como objetivo analizar el comportamiento de los tejidos en cuanto a la cicatrización después de la extracción quirúrgica del tercer molar superior en un paciente diabético; utilizando métodos de tipo práctico, experimental, descriptivo y bibliográfico, el resultado fue transcurrido el período de cicatrización se observó la correcta síntesis de los tejidos. La conclusión a la que se llego fue que en un paciente diabético controlado, la cicatrización es similar a un paciente sin esta enfermedad sistémica. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | It´s very important to know the risk and complications that present the diabetics patients at the moment of being in a surgery or another treatment, so is necessary to take the right measures before and during the surgery to prevent future infections, the extraction of third molar includes a lot of risk therefore, at the moment of making this process, we should make a right anestesic technique, work in the least time possible and make a good surgical technique to have a successful surgery free of complications, in the present work we have to analyze the behavior of tissues in terms of healing after surgical removal of the upper third molar in a diabetic patient; using methods such as practical, experimental, descriptive and bibliographic, the results is after the period of the cicatrization it was observed the right synthesis of the tissues. The conclusion that was reached what that in a controlled diabetic patient, the cicatrization is similar a patient without this systemic disease. | es_ES |
