Resumen
El proyecto consiste en la migración de la infraestructura tecnológica de
la empresa Codepartes S.A. desde un modelo tradicional on-premise hacia la
nube pública de Amazon Web Services (AWS), con el fin de ganar agilidad,
escalabilidad y flexibilidad operativa para acelerar el time-to-market de nuevos
productos y servicios digitales. El proceso comenzará con un análisis exhaustivo
de la arquitectura actual para identificar limitaciones, seguido del diseño de la
infraestructura objetivo en AWS dimensionando adecuadamente los recursos.
Posteriormente se formulará una estrategia de migración por fases para
transferir los sistemas críticos estableciendo planes de contingencia. También se
propondrá un nuevo modelo operativo alineado a la nube, junto a procesos de
monitorización y soporte. Finalmente, se realizará un análisis costo-beneficio
para medir cuantitativamente el impacto de esta transformación digital. Se
espera demostrar mejoras significativas en agilidad, escalabilidad, satisfacción
del cliente y retorno de la inversión
The project consists of the migration of the technological infrastructure of the company Codepartes S.A. from a traditional on-premises model to the public cloud of Amazon Web Services (AWS), in order to gain agility, scalability and operational flexibility to accelerate the time-to-market of new digital products and services. The process will begin with a thorough analysis of the current architecture to identify limitations, followed by designing the target infrastructure on AWS by appropriately sizing resources. Subsequently, a phased migration strategy will be formulated to transfer critical systems by establishing contingency plans. A new operating model aligned to the cloud will also be proposed, along with monitoring and support processes. Finally, a cost-benefit analysis will be carried out to quantitatively measure the impact of this digital transformation. Expected to demonstrate significant improvements in agility, scalability, customer satisfaction and return on investment.
