Resumen
La presente tesis tendrá por objeto realizar un estudio de la problemática que presenta el maltrato infantil, ya que el Ecuador como país en vías de desarrollo presenta, entre sus indicadores, altas tasas de mortalidad infantil, Nuestro interés es el de investigar en qué forma podríamos disminuir la prevalencia de maltrato infantil, Disponer de un estudio científico de las consecuencias de maltrato infantil, reconociendo los tipos de maltrato y edades más comunes, nos permitirá estructurar de mejor manera nuestras leyes, y no solo pensar en el tipo de sanciones que se podrían aplicar a los maltratadores; sino que, el objetivo principal de este estudio científico es poder aportar a la sociedad infantil que sufra de maltrato de medidas sociales y legales que protejan su integridad física y emocional, brindar información de instituciones que acogen este tipo de hogares y/o familias de cierta forma disfuncionales, pudiendo lograr que aquellos maltratadores hagan conciencia del daño que causan en estos niños y se pueda dar un giro de tres cientos sesenta grados; es decir, que los golpes se conviertan en caricias, los gritos en palabras amables, y que día a día se imparta respeto, buen ejemplo, protección y amor, sin lugar a dudas de esta manera evitaremos castigar al hombre del mañana si educamos y amamos al niño de hoy. Se lo realizara en el hospital FRANCISCO DE YCAZA BUSTAMANTE de Guayaquil. Los resultados serán tabulados estadísticamente, servirán para establecer las comisiones y recomendaciones.
This thesis will aim to conduct a study of the issues presented by child abuse, since Ecuador as developing country has, among its indicators, high infant mortality rates, our interest is to investigate how we could reduce the prevalence of child abuse, to have a scientific study of the consequences of child abuse, recognizing the types of abuse and most common ages, will enable us to structure better our laws, and not just think about the type of sanctions that could applied to perpetrators; but the main goal of this research study is to contribute to society suffering from child abuse to social and legal measures to protect their physical and emotional integrity, provide information in institutions that receive this type of household and / or families of some dysfunctional way, can make those abusers make aware of the damage caused in these children and to turn around three hundred and sixty degrees; that is, it blows become caresses, screams in kind words, and everyday respect, good example, protection and love is taught, no doubt thus avoid punishing the man of tomorrow if we educate and love the child of today. He is held at the hospital FRANCISCO BUSTAMANTE Ycaza of Guayaquil. The results will be tabulated statistically, will serve to establish commissions and recommendations
