dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene por objetivo analizar los servicios turísticos del cantón Bucay para implementar el diseño de un plan de promoción en la Hostería Olympus, mejorando la afluencia de visitantes dentro del mismo, ofreciendo un servicio de calidad y nuevas ofertas para todos los turistas y que el establecimiento sea reconocido a nivel nacional. Una de las metodologías aplicadas en la investigación es el método cuantitativo-cualitativo, donde se realizó la observación, entrevistas y encuestas para poder conocer desde el punto de vista de los visitantes las opiniones que tienen acerca de los servicios turísticos del cantón y que tan eficiente sería la propuesta planteada dentro del mismo. Mediante la investigación realizada se obtiene como resultado la deficiencia de turistas debido a la baja promoción que demanda la hostería y no cuenta con la debida promoción para ofertar sus servicios y se pueda desarrollar económicamente, siendo la más reconocida dentro del cantón por ofrecer un servicio único y satisfactorio.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present research aims to analyze the tourist services of the Bucay canton in order to implement the design of a promotion plan in the Olympus Inn, increasing the quantity of visitors, offering a quality service and creating new offers for all the tourists, so that the establishment becomes recognized nationally. One of the methodologies applied in the research is the quantitative-qualitative method, where observation, interviews and surveys were carried out to be able to know from the point of view of the visitors the opinions they have about the touristic services of the canton and to identify how efficient would be the proposal raised within it. Throughout the research done, it is obtained the information that the decrease in amount of tourists is due to the low demand of hotel services and that the it does not have the proper promotion to offer its services so that it can develop economically, being the most recognized within the canton for offering a unique and satisfying service.es_ES
