Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la pertinencia del
protocolo para estudiantes de enfermería como estrategia de formación de la carrera de
Técnico Superior en Enfermería, que le permita tener el dominio de conocimientos
científicos básicos y técnicos aplicados al resguardo de la seguridad del paciente
identificando, previniendo e interviniendo con alta sensibilidad y calidad humana;
con visión cabal del contexto para actuar en áreas críticas de los recintos hospitalarios.
Es por ello, que deberán contar con una formación con sentido crítico, analítico y resolutivo
a los problemas que se acontecen en la práctica profesional, a través del cuidadoo el “apoyo
que se da al paciente frente a la enfermedad” siendo esta la razón de ser de la enfermería
“sostener al paciente durante su lucha contra la enfermedad”, donde se pone enevidencia la
relación interpersonal que constituye el epicentro del cuidado de enfermero- paciente. Las
valoraciones cualitativas permitieron aportar a la pertinencia y factibilidad del modelo y la
aplicabilidad de la estrategia de protocolo para la formación de la competencia profesionales
específicas en el cuidado de enfermería en pacientes de atención critica. Siendo significativo
en el proceso de formación del Técnico Superior en Enfermería, a partir de la actitud crítica
reflexiva y valorativa de los participantes, ofreciendo una alternativa de solución al
problema científico
The objective of this research work was to determine the relevance of the protocol for nursing students as a training strategy for the career of Higher Technician in Nursing, which allows them to have mastery of basic scientific and technical knowledge applied to safeguarding patient safety identifying, preventing and intervening with high sensitivity and human quality; with a full vision of the context to act in critical areas of hospital facilities, That is why they must have training with a critical, analytical and resolutive sense to the problems that occur in professional practice, through care or " support that is given to the patient in the face of the disease ”, this being the reason for the existence of nursing“ to support the patient during their fight against the disease ”, where the interpersonal relationship that constitutes the epicenter of nurse-patient care is highlighted . The qualitative assessments made it possible to contribute to the relevance and feasibility of the model and the applicability of the protocol strategy for the formation of specific professional competence in nursing care in critical care patients. Being significant in the training process of the Higher Technician in Nursing, based on the reflective and evaluative critical attitude of the participants, offering an alternative solution to the scientific problem
