dc.description.abstractLa siguiente investigación científica es de carácter bibliográfico y documental basada en la aplicación y análisis de tablas estadísticas sobre los principales factores de riesgo y complicaciones en los pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica Terminal en tratamiento de Diálisis en el Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo de la ciudad de Guayaquil durante el periodo 2016. El marco teórico se realizará tomando en cuenta diferentes parámetros como: factores de riesgo y complicaciones esta enfermedad. Los resultados de la investigación fueron obtenidos a través del departamento de estadística del área de diálisis del Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo. Este trabajo tiene como finalidad identificar los factores de riesgo y complicaciones para de esta manera establecer nuevas formas de calidad de vida y disminuir la prevalencia y a la vez poder obtener una mejor respuesta al tratamiento, evitando las posibles complicaciones que se originan y poder disminuir el impacto de gran magnitud en el área de salud que genera la IRCT por su alto costo en el tratamiento, y por las secuelas que alteran la calidad de vida de los pacientes y sus familiares, reduciendo así la mortalidad por esta enfermedad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe following scientific research is of a bibliographic and documentary nature based on the application and analysis of statistical tables on the main risk factors and complications in patients with Terminal Chronic Renal Failure in Dialysis treatment at Teodoro Maldonado Carbo Hospital in the city of Guayaquil During the period 2016. The theoretical framework will be made taking into account different parameters such as: risk factors and complications of this disease. The results of the investigation were obtained through the statistical department of the dialysis area of the Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo. This study aims to identify risk factors and complications in order to establish new forms of quality of life and decrease the prevalence and at the same time to be able to obtain a better response to the treatment, avoiding the possible complications that originate and to be able to reduce the impact Of great magnitude in the health area that the IRCT generates because of its high cost in the treatment and by the sequels that alter the quality of life of the patients and their relatives, reducing the mortality by this disease.es_ES
