Resumen
Con la presente investigación se pretende realizar un estudio completo en el que se establezcan las necesidades y se determine la mejor opción para la desarrollo de un Manual de Contingencias por eventuales daños en la Red de Computadoras en la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Estatal de Guayaquil. Cada día es más común ver la integración de nuevos servicios que utilizan la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones para sus funciones básicas, como por ejemplo Sistemas de Seguridad, Sistemas de Automatización de Edificios, o incluso con los nuevos desarrollos como la telefonía, utiliza la red de datos al ser utilizada en Voz sobre IP (VoIp) dejando de lado la telefonía convencional. Debido a esto es que se ha realizado un estudio previo para constatar la necesidad del uso de un Manual que contenga información esencial para afrontar posibles inconvenientes que puedan presentase en la red de comunicaciones y los resultados obtenidos contemplara la necesidad absoluta que existe en cuanto a la resolución de existentes y futuros problemas.
This academic research we pretend to make a complete study in which we establish the necessities and determine the best option to develop a Contingency Handbook for eventual damages in the Computer network in the Industrial Engineering School at the State University of Guayaquil. Each day it is more common to see the integration of new services that use the telecommunications infrastructure for its basic functions, like for example Security Systems, Buildings Automatization Systems, or even with the new developments such as telephony, uses the data network to be used in Voice over IP (Volp) leaving aside the conventional telephony. It is because of this that a previous study was made to ascertain the necessity of the use of a Manual that contains essential information to cope possible drawbacks that may arise in the communications network. Thereof and the results will contemplate the absolute need that exist as soon as in the resolution of present and future problems in it.
