dc.description.abstractLos privados de la libertad, son personas vulneradas que no son incentivados para cambiar su estilo de vida y ser personas útiles para la sociedad, la falta de control y la desocupación enfrenta peleas, maltratos, condiciones ineficientes. El gobierno ecuatoriano ha implementado un nuevo modelo de Rehabilitación Social para mejorar el nivel de vida de los reclusos. El objetivo es Diseñar un manual de principios éticos orientados a mejorar la comunicación entre las visitas de los detenidos y el Centro de Rehabilitación Social del cantón Quevedo” que será de gran ayuda para las actividades penitenciarias. El trabajo de investigación se sustenta por los marcos referenciales a través de las revistas, artículos científicos, libros y leyes. La metodología de la investigación se empleó los métodos inductivos y deductivos, con los tipos de investigación bibliográfico, descriptivo y de campo para conocer la realidad de los hechos sobre el Centro de Rehabilitación Social, además se implementó el diseño de investigación con su respectiva población y muestra con las respectivas encuestas y cuestionarios con tablas y gráficos estadísticos. La situación actual que atraviesan las personas para visitar a los presos, ya que no reciben un trato propicio de parte del cuerpo policial generando malestar, tropiezos y problemas. Se recomienda se preste atención a las visitas de los privados de la libertad, ya que al no mantener buena relación con el personal policial, existen divergencias por esta razón es necesario que las autoridades mantengan el orden para que no se vulneren los derechos de las visitas se realicen con el debido respeto y mayor resguardo policial.es_ES
dc.description.abstractDeprived of liberty, are violated people who are not incentivized to change their lifestyle and be useful to society people, the lack of control and unemployment faced fights, abuse, inefficient conditions. The Ecuadorian government has implemented a new model of Social Rehabilitation to improve the living standards of prisoners. The goal is to design a manual of ethical principles aimed at improving communication between visits detainees and the Social Rehabilitation Center of Canton Quevedo "that will be helpful for prison activities. The research is supported by frames of reference through magazines, scientific articles, books and laws. The research methodology inductive and deductive methods, the types of bibliographic, descriptive and field to know the reality of the facts about Social Rehabilitation Center research was used, besides the research design was implemented with their respective population and sample with the respective surveys and questionnaires with statistical tables and graphs. The current situation facing people to visit the prisoners, not because they receive a favorable treatment from the police force generating discomfort, setbacks and problems. It is recommended that attention be given to the visits of persons deprived of liberty, since not keep good relationship with the police personnel, there are divergences therefore it is necessary for the authorities to maintain order so that the rights of the visits are not violated They are made with due respect and greater police protection.es_ES
