Resumen
Este trabajo de investigación consiste en el análisis de la calidad del servicio de alojamiento comunitario, caso San Jacinto de Santay y en el diseño de un plan de capacitación para mejorar la calidad de servicio en las casas de alojamiento comunitario que están dirigidas a los habitantes de la isla. Con esta respectiva investigación se pudo comprobar que las casas de alojamientos tienen falencias ya que no cuenta con un personal capacitado, ni incentivados para ofrecer un servicio de calidad. Por ende, el adoptar un plan que contribuya en un buen servicio va a beneficiar tanto al cliente interno y externo de la isla Santay. Para dar a conocer la problemática en este lugar se utilizó herramientas como la encuesta y las entrevistas las que facilitaron indagar más sobre el tema y poder plantear una propuesta adecuada para mejorar la calidad de servicio de alojamiento comunitario.
This investigation consists on the analysis of the community housing service quality, San Jacinto de Santay case and the designing of a capacitation plan to improve the quality of the service in the buildings of the community houses that are aimed to the island habitants. With this investigation, we could verify that the community houses building have failures because they do not have the qualified personal, and they are not motivated to offer a high-quality service. Adopting a plan that contributes to a good service is going to benefit the intern and extern island Santay clients. In order to get to know the problematic about this place, we used tools as polls and interviews, which helped us to inquire more about the topic and to plan a right proposal to improve the quality of the community housing service.
