dc.description.abstractLas guarderías son emprendimientos que contribuyen al cuidado y atención de los niños, muchas veces de familias donde todos tienen una actividad que no facilitan al cuidarlos, actualmente existen diversas guarderías tanto gubernamentales y municipales, sin embargo presentan problemas para conseguir cupos, ese se denomina como la problemática del presente proyecto donde se desea diseñar un centro de cuidado infantil en la Cdla. El Recreo en el cantón Durán, se establecieron los objetivos generales que permitieron desarrollar dicho trabajo; la fundamentación teórica estuvo desarrollada en dos temas principales como son: modelo de negocios e inversión financiera, para conocer los procesos para elaborar dicho proyecto. En la parte metodológica se aplicó un método exploratorio, descriptivo, de campo y cualitativo que junto a las encuestas y el focus groups sirvieron para poder afirmar que el centro de cuidado infantil es un negocio totalmente factible socialmente. Al final se diseñó dicho negocio, estableciendo la plaza en la Cdla. El Recreo, con una estructura organizacional de nueve personas y con un análisis financiero totalmente viable.es_ES
dc.description.abstractKindergartens are undertakings that contribute to the care and attention of children, often from families where all have a secular activity that they do not facilitate when taking care of them, there are currently several kindergartens, both governmental and municipal, however they present problems to obtain quotas, that is Denominates as the problem of the present project where it is desired to design a nursery in the Cdla. El Recreo in the canton Durán, established the general objectives that allowed to develop said work; the theoretical foundation was developed in two main topics as: business model and financial investment, to know the processes to elaborate said project. In the methodological part, an exploratory, descriptive, field method and qualitative was applied that together with the surveys served to be able to affirm that the nursery is a totally socially feasible business. In the end, this business was designed, establishing the place in the Cdla. El Recreo, with an organizational structure of nine people and a fully viable financial analysis.es_ES
