Resumen
El mundo en el que vivimos evoluciona cada vez de una manera más acelerada, obligándonos como personas y más aún como empresas a optimizar tiempo y recursos, sin permitirnos cometer errores porque estos nos llevarían a desperdiciar dinero y oportunidades, que en el medio comercial tan competitivo en el que nos desenvolvemos probablemente no se repitan. Cada uno de los departamentos debe operar de una manera sinérgica para el correcto funcionamiento de la empresa sin dejar cabida al desperdicio del talento humano y económico. Una de las áreas de mayor relevancia dentro de una empresa es la cadena de suministro y merece un orden secuencial que rija su funcionamiento y su ausencia fue el motivo impulsor para el desarrollo de nuestro tema de tesis “PROPUESTA DE UN MODELO DE GESTIÓN INTEGRAL PARA LA CADENA DE SUMINISTRO EN BPE ELECTRONIC CÍA. LTDA.” Está tesis está compuesta por cuatro capítulos, recomendaciones y conclusiones. El capítulo 1 comprende marco teórico, conceptual y legal, en el plasmamos todas las definiciones que ayudaron a despejar dudas y a determinar el tema de nuestra tesis. El diseño de la investigación está comprendido en el capítulo 2. Este capítulo encierra los pasos, fórmulas y métodos que utilizamos para realizar la investigación que nos llevaría a identificar el factor que provocó el problema a investigar. En el capítulo 3 encontraremos el análisis de datos; es decir una vez obtenida la información mediante los métodos de investigación podemos tabular, estudiar y determinar las causas que están ocasionando dificultades en la empresa en estudio. El Capitulo 4 corresponde a la propuesta. Esta tesis comprende además las conclusiones y recomendaciones que fueron definidas después de haber estudiado minuciosamente los factores problemáticos de la empresa y los datos obtenidos de los clientes y
empleados de la compañía en estudio.
This world evolves in a more and more accelerated way that forces us as people and even more as companies to optimize time and resources, and we are not able to make mistakes because they would make us waste time and opportunities which in this highly competitive business environment would not repeat any more. Each single department must operate in a synergistic way, so we do not waste money or human talent, contributing to the proper functioning of the company. One of the most important areas in the company is the supply chain which deserves a sequential order governing its operation and its absence was the driving motive to develop our thesis topic PROPOSAL FOR AN INTEGRATED MANAGMENT MODEL FOR SUPPLY CHAIN IN BPE ELECTRONIC CIA. LTDA. It´s composed by four chapters, recommendations and conclusions. Chapter 1 includes the theorical, legal and conceptual frame, and we express all the definitions that helped us dispel our doubts and determinate the topic of our thesis. The research design is in chapter 2. This chapter contains the steps, formulas and methods we use to conduct the research that would lead us to identify the factor that caused the problem to investigate In chapter 3, we find the data analysis; after obtaining the information through the research methods, we can tabulate, study and identify the causes that are causing difficulties in the company under study. The last chapter is the proposal. This thesis also includes the conclusions and recommendations defined after having studied thoroughly problematic factors for enterprise and data from customers and employees of the company under study.
