| dc.description.abstract | La metodología aplicada a la tesis, se enfocó en la revisión de literatura médica, datos clínicos estadísticos, estadística de ausentismo laboral, formulario de aviso de accidentes, matriz de riesgos laborales, junto a la recolección e interpretación de datos. Se consideró para aplicar en el desarrollo de la tesis dos tipos de investigación: 1) La Investigación Histórica, basada en datos pasados de accidentes, atención de salud, 2) Investigación Descriptiva, que se enfocó en los hechos observados permitiendo sustentar la verdadera necesidad de la empresa y complementarla con los objetivos establecidos para este trabajo. La literatura especializada en Telecomunicaciones tiene poca información que ayude a los Profesionales de la Salud Ocupacional en esta industria para realizar el manejo de los Riesgos Ocupacionales. El compromiso de la empresa a participar en la implementación del SART se verá fortalecido al aplicar la Vigilancia Epidemiológica propuesta en esta tesis. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is aimed at Occupational Medical Services Directors and Occupational Health of telcos, as a reference and guide for future conduct that allows answering specific research questions that are discovered in the course of this work. A further purpose is to provide for secure, healthy, hygienic and stimulating to workers, preventing accidents and occupational diseases affecting workers in the telecommunications sector. The methodology applied to the thesis focused on the review of medical literature, clinical statistical data, statistics of absenteeism, accident reporting form, matrix of occupational hazards, along with the collection and interpretation of data. It was considered to apply in the development of the thesis two types of research: 1) Historical Research, based on past accident data, health care, 2) Descriptive research, which focused on the observed facts allowing sustain real need of the company and complement the objectives set for this work. The literature on Telecommunications has little information to assist the Occupational Health Professionals in this industry for the management of Occupational Risks. The commitment of the company to participate in the implementation of the SART will be strengthened by applying the Epidemiological Surveillance proposed in this thesis. | es_ES |
