dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto educativo trata de los sistemas de archivo y el entorno organizacional para almacenar documentos, sobre el cual se propone el diseño de un instructivo para seleccionar material funcional con esta finalidad se empleó por medio de una investigación bibliográfica y de campo el método deductivo. Además de las técnicas de investigación tales como la encuesta, la entrevista y la observación, mediante la utilización de instrumentos los cuales son el cuestionario y la escala de Likert, cuyos resultados representan la muestra del total de la población que señala la necesidad del instructivo antes mencionado. Este pretende establecer un gran apoyo al personal administrativo que será de mucha ayuda dentro de la Institución “Ministerio del Trabajo” para que exista una mejor forma de conservar y manejar el fondo documental y de esta manera tener una adecuada organización archivística para ofrecer un servicio de calidad al usuario que solicite alguna documentación que sea de su conveniencia.This educational project deals with file systems and the organizational environment for documents, on which the design of an instruction manual to select functional material with this application is proposed using the deductive method through bibliographic and field research. In addition to the research techniques, stories such as the survey, interview and observation, through the use of instruments such as the questionnaire and the Likert scale, whose results represent the sample of the total population that indicates the need for instructions before mentioned. This aims to establish great support for administrative personnel who will be very helpful within the Institution "Ministry of Labor" so that there is a better way to preserve and manage the documentary collection and thus have an adequate organization for quality archival service. The user who requests some documentation that is convenient for them.es_ES
