dc.description.abstractDesde el aspecto de la problemática de la investigación en este trabajo se expondrá los antecedentes e historia del taekwondo, definición y fundamentos básicos que se deben saber para la práctica de esta disciplina, además se manifestará las características y fechas importantes que marcó este deporte en el Ecuador, así mismo se dará a conocer las técnicas fundamentales del taekwondo y los beneficios que está promocionando al perfeccionamiento y progreso deportivo de los practicantes de la escuela de formación CAMI Guasmo sur. Esperando de este modo que esta investigación sea de gran ayuda para que los deportistas adquieran una guía práctica en la cual se puedan respaldar y pueda fundamentar sus conocimientos y todas las experiencias adquiridas en el transcurso de su vida deportiva de tal manera que logre corregir sus técnicas básicas de pateo. En esta investigación se ha tenido que analizar la metodología de enseñanza de los fundamentos técnicos de taekwondo las causas de las limitaciones técnicas que impiden un buen desempeño competitivo de los deportistas de taekwondo del CAMI Guasmo sur.es_ES
dc.description.abstractFrom the aspect of the research problem in this work, the background and history of taekwondo, definition and basic foundations that must be known for the practice of this discipline will be exposed, in addition, the characteristics and important dates that marked this sport in the Ecuador, likewise, will announce the fundamental techniques of taekwondo and the benefits that it is promoting to the improvement and sports progress of the practitioners of the CAMI Guasmo sur training school. Hoping in this way that this research will be of great help for athletes to acquire a practical guide in which they can support themselves and can base their knowledge and all the experiences acquired in the course of their sports life in such a way that they can correct their techniques basic kicking. This research has had to analyze the teaching methodology of taekwondo technical foundations the causes of technical limitations that prevent a good competitive performance of taekwondo athletes from CAMI Guasmo sur.es_ES
