dc.description.abstract | La adherencia terapéutica en el tratamiento antirretroviral, es de gran importancia. Sin embargo, es considerado un proceso complejo y que se relaciona con diversos factores. El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar la adherencia al tratamiento antirretroviral en pacientes hombres y mujeres con diagnostico VIH. Este estudio fue de carácter explicativo, realizado en 195 pacientes atendidos en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil, entre 20 a 60 años de edad. Se recolectó información mediante el empleo de encuestas para identificar los factores más influyentes en la adherencia y el porcentaje de pacientes que están adaptados al tratamiento. De acuerdo a la variable dependiente planteada, los principales factores de la no adherencia terapéutica, según los resultados obtenidos, mostraron que los mareos representan el 33% de la no adherencia, la orientación de los servicios farmacéuticos representa el 21% y por último, la falta de medicación por parte del hospital 13%. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | Adherence to antiretroviral therapy is of great importance. However, it is considered a complex process and is related to several factors. The objective of this research was to evaluate adherence to antiretroviral treatment in male and female patients diagnosed with HIV. This study was of an explanatory nature, carried out in 195 patients between 20 and 60 years of age treated at the Hospital University of Guayaquil. Information was collected through the use of surveys to identify the most influential factors in adherence and the percentage of patients who are adapted to treatment. According to the dependent variable proposed, the main factors of therapeutic nonadherence, according to the results obtained, showed that dizziness represents 33% of nonadherence, the orientation of the pharmaceutical services represents 21% and finally, the lack of medication by the hospital 13%. | es_ES |
