dc.description.abstractA través de esta investigación se caracterizó la organización y adaptabilidad de las familias de los adolescentes consumidores de “H” atendidos en el CDID en el 2013 a 2016. Su enfoque es cualitativo, de alcance descriptivo por el detalle dado al especificar características del tema abordado y de carácter exploratorio; ya que tuvo como finalidad el aportar a otra investigación y a su vez a futuros estudios. La población es de 703 adolescentes y la muestra estuvo compuesta por 12 familias, los instrumentos aplicados fueron el INCAFARI, FF-SIL, Genograma y Ecomapa. Los resultados permitieron caracterizar a la organización familiar en su estructura visible y subyacente, la estructura visible en su tipología es nuclear, en su ambiente y ecología familiar, poseen una economía crítica, hay un bajo nivel de educación de los jefes de familia, un estado y condiciones de vivienda buenos. En cuanto a la identificación de la estructura subyacente se obtuvo que los roles parentales siguen siendo los tradicionales. Finalmente, frente a la identificación del nivel de adaptabilidad, se obtuvieron como resultados en el área intrafamiliar un nivel bajo y en el área social se estableció que las familias poseen redes de apoyo con predominio en el nivel de criticidad severa. Se puede concluir que las familias con hijos adolescentes consumidores se caracterizan por compartir situaciones que los llevan a tener un sobreesfuerzo; debido al nivel de adaptabilidad familiar, siendo esto un factor que puede ocasionar vulnerabilidad de los integranteses_ES
dc.description.abstractThrough this research the organization and adaptability of the families of adolescent "H" consumers assisted at the CDID in 2013 to 2016 were characterized. Their approach is qualitative, descriptive in scope given the specific characteristics of the topic addressed and exploratory in nature; since it had as purpose to contribute to another investigation and in turn to future studies. The population is 703 adolescents and the sample was composed of 12 families, the instruments applied were INCAFARI, FF-SIL, Genogram, Ecomapa. The results allowed to characterize family organization in its visible and underlying structure, the visible structure in its typology is nuclear, in its environment and family ecology, have a critical economy, there is a low level of education of heads of families, a state and good housing conditions. Regarding the identification of the underlying structure, it was found that the parental roles remain traditional. Finally, in face of the identification of the level of adaptability, a low level was obtained as results in the intrafamily area and in the social area it was established that the families have support networks with predominance in the level of severe criticality. It can be concluded that families with teenage consumers are characterized by sharing situations that lead to overexertion; due to the level of family adaptability, being this a factor that can cause vulnerability of the memberses_ES
