Incontinencia urinaria de esfuerzo resuelta con cistopexia en pacientes atendidos en el Cuerpo Consular de Durán

Resumen
La incontinencia urinaria de esfuerzo (IUE) no es una
enfermedad que ponga en peligro la vida de los pacientes, pero
compromete considerablemente su calidad. Existe una gran cantidad
de mujeres y hombres que evitan hablar de ello en consultas medicas,
aumentando el riesgo y prevalencia de la Incontiencia urinaria de
esfuerzo (IUE) al punto de llegar a necesitar obligatoriamente la
intervencion quirurgica, Cistopexia. Nuestro objetivo es informar acerca
de la incontinencia urinaria de esfuerzo (IUE) y sus consecuencias,
teniendo en cuenta la cistopexia como resolucion de esta patologia y su
eficacia a corto y largo plazo analizando las variables. El metodo que se
usó fue la recoleccion de datos de las historias clinicas de 100 mujeres
atendidas en el periodo agosto 2019 a agosto 2021 atendidas en el
cuerpo consular de Duran a las que se le preguntó previamente si
deseaban formar parte de este trabajo. Se describe caracterisiticas y se
analiza: Multiparidad, edad y obesidad como factores de incontiencia
urinaria de esfuerzo. Se uso el diseño transversal. Para concluir , como
resultados tenemos: La paridad unida a la obesidad y la edad tienen en
común el debilitamiento del suelo pélvico, cada uno a su manera, con
la obesidad esto ocurre por el evidente exceso de peso asociado a ella,
hablamos de la edad porque conlleva un debilitamiento de la
musculatura en general y la multiparidad, en la que el suelo pélvico se
debilita con cada parto vaginal.
Stress urinary incontinence (IUE) is the most common type in women, it is not a disease that endangers the life of the patient, but significantly compromises its quality. This pathology is considered the least common according to some data although it is not completely true since there are a lot of women and men who avoid talking about it in medical consultations, Increasing the risk and prevalence of urinary incontinence of effort to the point of necessarily needing surgical intervention, Cystoscopy. Our objective is to report on stress urinary incontinence (IUE) and its consequences, taking into account cystophorexia as a resolution of this pathology and its efficacy in the short and long term by analyzing the variables. The method used was the collection of data from the clinical histories of 100 women attended in the period August 2019 to August 2021 attended in the consular corps of Duran who were previously asked if they wanted to be part of this work. Characteristics are described and analyzed: Multiparity, age and obesity as factors of urinary incontinence of effort. The transverse design was used. To conclude , as results we have: Parity linked to obesity and age have in common the weakening of the pelvic floor, each in its own way, with obesity this happens because of the obvious excess weight associated with it, we talk about age because it involves a weakening of the musculature in general and multiparity, in which the pelvic floor weakens with each birth
