| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación, consiste en la descripción y análisis de las incrustaciones overlay con anclaje cameral en dientes posteriores. La restauración de una pieza dentaria que ha recibido tratamiento de endodoncia es uno de los problemas más difíciles del odontólogo por la diversidad del proceso restaurativo completamente diferente al tratamiento de los dientes vitales porque exige reemplazar la estructura dentaria perdida. Las incrustaciones overlay con anclaje cameral permiten al diente con tratamiento de endodoncia reforzarlo para poder resistir a las fuerzas masticatorias sin la necesidad de la colocación de postes intrarradiculares. Mediante esta investigación se desea obtener una alternativa para la preservación de la estructura dentaria con tratamientos mínimamente invasivos en dientes endodonciados, permitiendo así mismo una completa adhesión y retención en la cámara pulpar evitando la necesidad de la colocación de retenedores intrarradiculares, con la finalidad de prevenir el estrés de la tensión intrarradicular mediante la utilización de incrustaciones overlays con anclajes intracamerales. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research work is the description and analysis of the overlay inlaid with cameral anchor in posterior teeth. The restoration of a tooth that has received endodontic treatment is one of the most difficult problems for diversity dentist completely different treatment of vital teeth restorative process that requires replacing the lost tooth structure. The overlay inlaid with anchor cameral allow the tooth with root canal treatment strengthen to resist masticatory forces without the need for placing intraradicular posts. Through this research it is to obtain an alternative for preserving tooth structure with minimally invasive treatments in endodontic teeth, allowing it full adherence and retention in the pulp chamber avoiding the need for placing intraradicular retainers, in order to prevent voltage stress intraradicular using overlays intracameral inlaid with anchors. | es_ES |
