dc.description.abstractEl proyecto de titulación se desarrolló en base a la metodología de prototipos rápidos que consta de crear un producto final al cual se le realizaran cambios posteriores con ayuda del usuario, el objetivo de la solución es establecer un control de rutas para las cooperativas de transporte público urbano utilizando equipos GPS para la geolocalización y monitoreo del bus, con la finalidad de vigilar el cumplimiento de recorrido establecido por la cooperativa y ejecución respectiva de la apertura de las puertas únicamente en las paradas designadas si la línea involucra algún segmento de su ruta con el nuevo corredor de buses establecido por la ATM. Con respecto a la evolución constante de la tecnología, se hace uso de dispositivos móviles(Smartphone-Android) que actualmente poseen las mismas capacidades de muchos elementos de localización dedicados en el mercado como son los AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location), con el fin de obtener la ubicación exacta y velocidad, influyendo de manera positiva en los conductores, y explotar adecuadamente el servicio. Los conductores podrán tener información actualizada de su ruta designada, el administrador de la cooperativa contará con la herramienta web adecuada para visualizar los datos recopilados por el aplicativo móvil, el cual permite la generación de informes detallados de las unidades.es_ES
