dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la presente tesis de grado es Reducir tiempo de paradas por revisión de cilindros en el taller de mantenimiento Test Shop de la Compañía Indura Ecuador S.A., mediante la aplicación de la Teoría de las Restricciones (TOC). Para analizar la situación actual de empresa, se han utilizados herramientas tales como diagrama de Ishikawa y de Pareto, con los cuales se detecto el principal problema que afecta a esta sección de la empresa, que consisten en la demora en la realización de la prueba hidrostática por contar con un sistema probador obsoleto el incremento en la realización del ensayo y contar con dos operadores en el área cuyo efecto es la baja eficiencia en la revisión de cilindros en el Test Shop, esto ha generado que la empresa ha perdido de utilidad anual de $ 89.268,48. Se presenta como propuesta para enfrentar el problema la aplicación de la Teoría de las Restricciones (TOC), dando como solución la adquisición de un sistema automático para realizar las pruebas hidrostáticas, la compra de durómetro, equipo de prueba de adherencia de pintura, sistema de pintado, cámara de pintura y el arreglo y adecuación general del piso en el Test Shop, con la finalidad de incrementar en un 30.42% la realización de la prueba hidrostática es decir de 355 cilindros a 463 cilindros mensuales para evitar tiempo excesivo de paradas de cilindros y .contar con cilindros aptos para el llenado. La inversión total para la mejora es de $76.195,63 que será recupera 2 años y 3 meses, generando una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 23 % y un Valor Actual neto (VAN) de $117.868,39 lo que demuestra la factibilidad técnica-económica de la alternativa escogida como solución al problema identificado. ___________________________es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this thesis is to reduce downtime by review of cylinders in the maintenance shop of Test Shop Company Indura SA Ecuador , by applying the Theory of Constraints ( TOC) . To analyze the current situation of business, have used tools such as Ishikawa diagram and Pareto with which detect the main problem affecting this section Company , consisting of a delay in the performance of the test by hydrostatic tester having an obsolete system increased Test conditions and have two operators in the area whose effect is the low efficiency in the review of cylinders in the Test Shop , this has meant that the company has lost annual income $ 89,268.48 . It is presented as a proposal to address the problem the Application of the Theory of Constraints (TOC ), giving as solution the acquisition of an automated system for testing hydrostatic , buying durometer grip test equipment of paint, paint , paint chamber and arrangement and overall adequacy of the floor on Test Shop, in order to 30.42% increase in the performance of the hydrostatic test ie 355 to 463 monthly cylinders cylinders to avoid excessive time cylinder stops . having cylinders suitable for filling. the Total investment for the improvement is $ 76,195.63 to be gets 2 years and 3 months , generating an Internal Rate of Return (IRR ) of 23 % and Net Present Value ( NPV) of $ 117,868.39 which demonstrates the feasibility technical and economical alternative chosen as a solution identified.es_ES
