| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del trabajo de investigación es diseñar estrategias para la recuperación de cartera de la compañía FEPROVIND S.A., la que ofrece a sus clientes variedad de materiales de ferretería industrial como martillos, sierras, alambres, extintores y pequeñas herramientas a precios bajos, aun así mediante la técnica de revisión documental se utilizaron dos Estados Financieros como son el Estado de Situación Financiera y el Estado del Resultado Integral donde se tomaron datos de los últimos 4 años, los cuales sirvieron para el desarrollo de los respectivos ratios financieros de Gestión – Actividad. También se realizaron entrevistas al contador, al gestor de créditos y cobranzas, así como a dos expertos externos del área, donde se constató que la compañía carece de un manual de procedimientos para recuperar la cartera, de la misma forma se realizaron encuestas al personal de la compañía que representa la población. Por tal motivo se establecieron estrategias como ofrecer descuentos por pronto pago, cobrar intereses por mora, no ofrecer flexibilidad en las fechas de pago y realizar cobros primordiales en base al tiempo que tienen de vigencia los créditos otorgados. | es_ES |
