Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene objetivo conocer los elementos que influyen en la comunicación y los problemas que se puedan presentar en la modalidad hibrida. Los factores que están presente en la afectación del rendimiento académico, la relación que tiene con el grado de participación que existe en la modalidad hibrida. La interacción de los estudiantes en las clases; en múltiples ocasiones es un desconocimiento del parte del docente por los inconvenientes que se puedan presentar en cada estudiante tales como problemas de conexión, relación con el docente, problemas domésticos, entre otras. Mediante este proyecto se podrá analizar mediante los instrumentos de investigación, y a su vez conocer también la perspectiva del docente
The present research work has the objective of knowing the elements that influence communication and the problems that may occur in the hybrid modality. The factors that are present in the affectation of the academic performance, the relation that it has with the degree of participation that exists in the hybrid modality. The interaction of the students in the classes; in multiple occasions it is a lack of knowledge on the part of the teacher for the inconveniences that can be presented in each student such as connection problems, relationship with the teacher, domestic problems, among others. Through this project it will be possible to analyze by means of the research instruments, and at the same time to know the teacher's perspective.
