dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación denominado Análisis Jurídico sobre el Mejoramiento y suministro del agua potable en el cantón Durán, busca realizar un recorrido por todo lo concerniente a esta problemática, desde las competencias de los Gobiernos descentralizados cantonales en esta materia, así mismo como el estado en su rol de garantista para el cumplimiento de esta política pública, al mismo tiempo expondremos los situaciones similares en el ámbito nacional en las cuales otros sectores con los mismos problemas han logrado dar con una solución viable y definitiva a estas situaciones que mantuvieron sumidos en la precariedad a los habitantes de distintos cantones del país, ya que la omisión de esta potestad del gobierno seccional ha mermado y afectado el derecho al buen vivir de quienes habitan estas circunscripciones territoriales, por estas razones consideramos que es imperativo, y de suma importancia plasmar precedentes o promover a través del presente trabajo una solución viable y apegada a la normativa legal ecuatoriana para que de esta manera se pueda determinar los mecanismos que dirijan a la administración pública local a una pronta solución. Todo esto dado a que, como es de conocimiento general el cantón Durán en la actualidad es conocido por la deficiencia en el mejoramiento y suministro de agua potable.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present title work called legal analysis on the improvement and supply of drinking water in the canton Durán, seeks to make a tour of everything concerning this problem, from the powers of the decentralized cantonal governments in this matter, as well as the state in its role as guarantor for the implementation of this public policy, as well as expose similar situations at the national level in which other sectors with the same problems have managed to give a viable and definitive solution to this situation that matter plunged into the precariousness to the inhabitants of different cantons of the country, Since the omission of this power of the sectional government has diminished and affected the right to live well of the inhabitants of these territorial districts, it is therefore imperative and of utmost importance to set precedents or promote through this work a viable solution and attached to the Ecuadorian legal regulations so that in this way it can determine the mechanisms that direct the local public administration to a prompt solution. All this because, as is generally known, the Durán canton is currently known for the deficiency in the improvement and supply of drinking water.es_ES
