ACCIONES COLECTIVAS EN TORNO AL MANEJO DE LA INFORMACIÓN DURANTE LA PANDEMIA POR COVID-19 EN GUAYAQUIL: SECTOR “MUCHO LOTE

Resumen
El presente reporte de investigación tiene como objetivo, explorar las acciones colectivas en torno al manejo de la información que contribuyeron al bienestar durante la emergencia sanitaria en la cuarta etapa del sector mucho lote I en Guayaquil-Ecuador. Se aborda desde la perspectiva de la psicología comunitaria critica. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, exploratoria, descriptiva y transversal. Se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a seis participantes adultos, residentes en la cuarta etapa del sector Mucho Lote I, basándonos en los análisis de los resultados se pudo observar las experiencias vividas en torno a los limitantes estructurales dentro de las comunidades durante los primeros seis meses vinculadas con la desconfianza y percepción de despreocupación por parte del gobierno central, noticias falsas, sobrecarga de información y relación distante en la comunidad. Frente a este escenario, se registraron acciones colectivas que evidencian el apoyo informativo como es la: comunicación comunitaria para la recolección de alimentos, medicinas, resguardar la seguridad de los moradores y quedarse en casa para evitar el contagio. Se presentan interpretaciones alrededor de estas experiencias y acciones, así como sobre otras acciones que no se dieron y las posibles razones que impidieron que estas no se lleven a cabo
The present project of investigation is focus on the exploration of the collective actions environment to the management of the information that contribute to the wellness employed in the sanitary emergency on the four stage of Mucho Lote I localized in Guayaquil-Ecuador. Starts in the ´´perspective of the community critic psychology´´ and it´s about of a qualitative, explorative, descriptive, and transversal investigation; being explorative about the semi-structures interviews that are applied to six participants that are more than 18 years old and live in the community. The results of this investigation describe the experience lived referent to the structural limitations in relation with the access and production of information during the first months in the pandemic of COVID- 19 and the collective actions that are employed even thought this limitans realized by the participants of the community with the finally of protect the human welfare. With the analyze of the results, we can see that information support in the communities during the first six months of pandemic and the collective actions executed for the diffusion of information in the community or inclusive the actions that did not give and the possible reason that prevented of they can be executed
