dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el proceso logístico y su incidencia en exportaciones en isotanques en la empresa J.B. Logistic S.A., ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Para este análisis tuvimos la ayuda de 87 clientes de la empresa, realizando el método analítico investigativo a través de encuestas y entrevistas, se pudo evidenciar si existen o no falencias en su proceso logísticos con el que cuenta la empresa, para de esta forma mejorar y tener posición en el negocio, creando confianza en sus clientes. Con el desarrollo de la propuesta planteada se pretende mejorar y estandarizar el proceso logístico de exportación en isotanques en la empresa J. B. Logistic S.A. mediante el diseño de un Sistema de Gestion en Control y Seguridad Basc, el cual ayudara a minimizar los riesgos que por la naturaleza del negocio es vulnerable y está expuesta a tener actividades ilícitas como robo, narcotráfico entre otros. Se pretende que la empresa aplique a la certificación siendo este un plus atractivo para futuros negocios en el comercio exterior.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research work is to analyze the logistics process and its impact on exports in isotanks in the company J.B. Logistic S.A., located in the city of Guayaquil. For this analysis we had the help of 87 clients of the company, performing the analytical research method through surveys and interviews, it was possible to show if there are flaws in the logistic process that the company has, in order to improve and have a position in the business, creating trust in their clients. With the development of the proposed proposal is intended to improve and standardize the logistic process of export in isotanks in the company J. B. Logistic S.A. through the design of a Basc Control and Security Management System, which will help to minimize the risks that due to the nature of the business is vulnerable and is exposed to illicit activities such as theft, drug trafficking, among others. It is intended that the company applies to the certification being this an attractive plus for future business in foreign trade.es_ES
