dc.description.abstractLa presente sistematización de experiencias es de intención clínica, realizando así la evaluación del Protocolo de Intervención Psicológica del Proyecto Prevención y Atención. Integral dirigida a la Mujer, Familia y Pareja en crisis, que se sigue en el Centro de Docencia e Investigación para el Desarrollo Humano y el Buen Vivir (CDID); los fines de la evaluación fueron generar aprendizajes y conocimientos necesarios que permitan realizar mejoras en el proceso de implementación del Protocolo de Intervención Psicológica. Se lograron identificar aspectos teóricos de carácter importantes, que se ven inmersos y solo se dilucidan con la práctica del psicólogo, permitiendo palpar la realidad de la intervención psicológica en sectores urbanos populares. Se procedió a revisar la bibliografía enfocada a los criterios que debe seguir un protocolo además de las fases evaluatorias del documento que se debe dar en un proyecto. Para obtener información de primera mano utilizaron herramientas como las entrevistas, encuestas, observación y bancos bibliográficos dirigidos a la directora del proyecto y miembros ejecutores que permitieron obtener la información más relevante para llevar cabo este proceso. La metodología que se empleo fue de tipo cualitativa con características descriptivas, como resultado de la revisión bibliográfica y la contrastación con la práctica, más la obtención de información de otros miembros involucrados en el proyecto, se realizaron recomendaciones dicho documento, la validez y la actualización del conocimiento enfocado a procesos de intervención.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present systematization of experiences is of clinical intention, thus carrying out the evaluation of the Protocol of Psychological Intervention of the Prevention and Attention Project. Integral directed to the Woman, Family and Couple in crisis, that follows in the Center of Teaching and Investigation for the Human Development and the Good Living (CDID); The purpose of the evaluation was to generate necessary knowledge and knowledge that allows improvements in the process of implementation of the Protocol of Psychological Intervention. We managed to identify important theoretical aspects, which are immersed and only elucidated with the practice of the psychologist, allowing us to feel the reality of psychological intervention in popular urban sectors. We proceeded to review the bibliography focused on the criteria that a protocol should follow in addition to the evaluation phases of the document that should be given in a project. To obtain first-hand information, they used tools such as interviews, surveys, observation and bibliographic libraries directed to the project director and executing members that allowed obtaining the most relevant information to carry out this process. The methodology used was of a qualitative nature with descriptive characteristics, as a result of the bibliographic review and the comparison with the practice, plus the obtaining of information from other members involved in the project, recommendations were made on said document, the validity and updating of knowledge focused on intervention processeses_ES
