dc.description.abstractEl matrimonio es el acto jurídico, por el cual dos personas aceptan vivir juntos y auxiliarse mutuamente; adquiriendo derechos y obligaciones establecidos en la normativa Civil. Para poder celebrar este contrato, es necesario que los contrayentes manifiesten su consentimiento libre y voluntario de querer casarse, además de demostrar que no se encuentran incapacitados legalmente. En caso, de que al momento de casarse alguna de las dos tiene un impedimento dirimente o se ha viciado el consentimiento, el matrimonio podría declararse nulo, esto ocurre tanto para el matrimonio civil y eclesiástico. En el presente trabajo de investigación, se estudia la legislación y la doctrina que se refiere a la nulidad del matrimonio en estos dos ámbitos del Derecho, también se da a conocer las causales, procedimiento y efectos que tiene el mismo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractMarriage is the legal contract, where two persons reciprocally engage to live with each other during their joint lives; acquiring rights and obligations established in the Civil regulations. In order to enter into this contract, it is necessary for the contracting parties to express their free and voluntary consent for marriage, in addition to demonstrating that they are not legally incapacitated. In case of that at the time of marriage, one of the two has a direct impediment or consent has been vitiated, the marriage could be declared null and void, this occurs for both civil and ecclesiastical marriage. In this research work, the legislation and doctrine that refers to the nullity of marriage in these two areas of law are studied, the causes, procedure and effects of the same are also disclosed.es_ES
