Resumen
El presente estudio propone la realización del estudio de Impacto Ambiental del sistema de alcantarillado de la Base Naval San Eduardo y presentar una propuesta de intervención para su reducción. Este estudio nos permitirá brindar un Plan de Manejo Ambiental, en el cual se definirán riesgos, amenazas y vulnerabilidades. Para proceder a analizar la información se realizó la verificación IN SITU de todos los sistemas de recolección de aguas servidas (AA.SS.), se desarrolló reuniones de trabajo con personal encargado del mantenimiento de la Base Naval San Eduardo, para identificar las posibles áreas a ser intervenidas, se realizó una planificación de los trabajos que se van a efectuar, se recolecto información técnica disponible se procedió a investigar en internet información relativa al tema de investigación. Para la identificación de los impactos ambientales se aplicará la matriz de LEOPOLD la misma que nos ayudará a determinar las variables sanitarias, en cumplimiento a la normativa ambiental vigente, estas actividades se las procede a efectuar para conocimiento y aprobación de la Dirección Técnica correspondiente de la ARMADA DEL ECUADOR, según el ámbito de su competencia. La implementación del presente estudio nos permitirá establecer e identificar los riesgos ambientales que puedan producir los sistemas de AA.SS y de esta manera realizar una propuesta de intervención para minimizar el riesgo.
The present survey proposes the accomplishment of the study of Environmental Impact of the system of sewer of the Naval Base “San Eduardo” and to submit a proposal of intervention for his reduction. This study will allow us to offer a plan of Environmental Management, in which risks, threats and vulnerabilities will be defined. To proceed to analyze the information there was realized the checkup IN SITU of all the systems of compilation of waters served (AA.SS.), were developed meetings works with the maintenance staff of the Naval Base “San Eduardo”, to identify the possible areas that will be intervened, there was performed a planning of the works that are going to be effected, was gathed technical available information, proceeded to surch information relative to the topic of investigation on the Internet. For the identification of the environmental impacts there will be apply LEOPOLD'S counterfoil the same that will help us to determine the sanitary variables, in fulfillment to the current environmental policy, these activities are proceeded for knowledge and approval of the Technical Direction of the NAVY OF THE EQUATOR, according to the area of his competition. The implementation of the present study will allow us to establish and to identify the environmental risks that could produce AA.SS's systems and realize an offer of intervention to minimize the risk.
