Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo proponer un acondicionamiento de
zonas complementarias en el Malecón “Dr. Roberto Gilbert”, ubicado en el cantó Durán, que
mediante el análisis, observación del espacio y los datos recopilados, se evidencio que presenta
falencia en su distribución espacial y funcionamiento de las áreas existentes, mobiliario urbano
en mal estado afectando a la seguridad y salud física de los habitantes, carencia de equipamiento
a lo largo del malecón y falta de áreas que promuevan el desarrollo de actividades e integración
social.
La propuesta se centra en la creación de espacios que satisfagan las necesidades de los
usuarios, teniendo en cuenta las actividades que se llevan a cabo y asegurando la accesibilidad
para crear un entorno inclusivo. Esta propuesta se basa en los criterios de diseño y en los
resultados de las encuestas realizadas. A partir de estas premisas, se desarrolla el proyecto con el
objetivo de encontrar soluciones en términos de distribución y funcionalidad, para así contribuir
al bienestar ya la calidad de vida de la comunidad.
The objective of this degree work is to propose a conditioning of complementary areas in the Malecon "Dr. Roberto Gilbert", located in Canton Durán, which through the analysis, observation of the space and data collected, it became evident that there is a lack of spatial distribution and functioning of the existing areas, urban furniture in poor condition affecting the safety and physical health of the inhabitants, lack of equipment along the Malecon and lack of areas that promote the development of activities and social integration. The proposal focuses on creating spaces that meet the needs of users, considering the activities that take place and ensuring accessibility to create an inclusive environment. This proposal is based on the design criteria and the results of the surveys conducted. Based on these premises, the project is developed with the objective of finding solutions in terms of distribution and functionality, thus contributing to the well-being and quality of life of the community.
