Resumen
Las empresas ecuatorianas no cuentan con una cultura bursátil, siendo muy pobre su uso y prefiriendo pagar un alto gasto financiero y buscar recursos a través de la banca, en vez de al financiamiento por medio del mercado de valores. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general el analizar las diversas alternativas de financiamiento a mediano y largo plazo que faciliten la reestructuración de las deudas y obligaciones contraídas por Quality And Statistic S. A. Se consideró la aplicación de cuestionarios estructurados como son las encuestas y las entrevistas que ayudarán a la formulación de la propuesta, conocer sus necesidades y probar la hipótesis planteada. Los resultados obtenidos fueron presentados en tablas y gráficos para la obtención de información relevante. Finalmente, se presentó una evaluación de las diversas alternativas de financiamientos considerando los costos, plazos, requerimientos, entre otros, que permitirán una apropiada elección de la gerencia respecto a la fuente de financiamiento, así como también las conclusiones y recomendaciones finales del estudio.
Ecuadorian companies do not have a stock market culture, its use being very poor and preferring to pay a high financial expense and seek resources through banks, instead of financing through the stock market. The general objective of this research is to analyze the various medium and long-term financing alternatives that facilitate the restructuring of debts and obligations contracted by Quality and Statistic Soc. Anon. The application of structured questionnaires such as surveys and interviews that will help to formulate the proposal, meet their needs, and test the hypothesis was considered. The results obtained were presented in tables and graphs to obtain relevant information. Finally, an evaluation of the various financing alternatives was presented, considering the costs, terms, requirements, among others, which will allow an appropriate choice of management regarding the source of financing, as well as the final conclusions and recommendations of the study.
