| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo es desarrollado a través de la experiencia obtenida durante el proceso de prácticas pre profesionales, realizado en una organización de salud de la ciudad de Guayaquil, con las diferentes áreas de la institución; durante los meses de junio a agosto del 2018. El objetivo de la sistematización es “Determinar los aciertos y los errores incurridos por los practicantes, que incidieron en el proceso diagnóstico de la motivación laboral, con el fin de contribuir a la mejora de prácticas futuras relacionadas.” En el proceso de desarrollo de prácticas, se trabajó con cada uno de los departamentos de la casa de salud, en el diagnóstico de la motivación realizado con el fin de detectar e interpretar las necesidades motivacionales importantes para renovar el compromiso de los trabajadores. Dicho diagnóstico fue la base para la sistematización retrospectiva de la experiencia. Para ello se siguió una serie de fases las cuales se planificaron previamente haciendo uso de instrumentos y técnicas de recolección de datos. La sistematización como tal, corresponde a una metodología cualitativa, apoyada en la reconstrucción histórica de hechos suscitados. | dc.description.abstract | The present work is developed through the experience obtained during the process of pre-professional practices, carried out in a health organization of the city of Guayaquil, with the different areas of the institution; during the months of June to August of 2018. The objective of the systematization is "To determine the successes and errors incurred by the practitioners, which affected the diagnostic process of work motivation, in order to contribute to the improvement of future practices "In the process of developing practices, we worked with each of the departments of the house of health, in the diagnosis of the motivation carried out in order to detect and interpret important motivational needs to renew the commitment of workers. The diagnosis based on the retrospective systematization of the experience, aims to give guidelines to the managers linked to the organization as such, about the importance, which should be given to their employees and thus know how motivated and valued they are. For this, a series of phases were followed, which were previously planned using instruments and data collection techniques. The systematization as such, corresponds to a qualitative methodology, supported by the historical reconstruction of the facts raised.
