dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como finalidad identificar los factores determinantes que con llevan a que los agentes económicos del barrio La Chala contaminen el Estero Salado, y para esto se conoció los diferentes agentes económicos que viven en la zona de estudio. Se utilizó el tipo de investigación analítica, el método aplicado fue el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, el primero tuvo como objetivo obtener información acerca los antecedentes de la contaminación del Estero Salado y la situación de los habitantes de La Chala, y el segundo enfoque permitió evaluar la premisa de investigación a través de la investigación de campo que se realizó a los ciudadanos confirmando que no hay una cultura ambiental en la zona. Se concluyó que entre los factores que conllevan a la contaminación es la falta de alcantarillado, falta de capacitación, etc.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to identify the determining factors that lead to the economic agents of the La Chala neighborhood contaminating the Estero Salado, and for this the different economic agents living in the study area were known. The type of analytical research was used, the applied method was the qualitative and quantitative approach, the first one aimed to obtain information about the history of the contamination of the Estero Salado and the situation of the inhabitants of La Chala, and the second approach allowed to evaluate the premise of research through field research that was carried out to citizens confirming that there is no environmental culture in the area. It was concluded that among the factors that lead to contamination is the lack of sewerage, lack of training, etc. Keyes_ES
