dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de nuestro estudio es determinar los factores de riesgo asociados a enfermedad hipertensiva en embarazadas atendida en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil. Año 2014-2017. Fue un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño de tipo no experimental de corte transversal y método de investigación analítico. Resultados: Entre los factores de riesgos más frecuentes que se encuentran presentes en las pacientes seleccionadas observamos : edad comprendida entre 20 a 35 años en un 74% , raza mestiza 91%, semana de gestación mayor a 35 en un 41 %, bajos recursos en un 85 %, consumo de alcohol y tabaco durante el embarazo en un 7%, consumo de droga en un 9%, antecedentes de hipertensión en un 4% , diabetes en un 1% y otras patologías en 4 %; antecedentes patológicos familiares de hipertensión en un 20 % y de diabetes en un 13%; antecedentes de preeclampsia previa en un 13%; se presenta en primigestas en un 54%, embarazo con productos únicos en 97%. ANEXO 13 XX Conclusiones: Esta patología es prevenible conociendo o investigando los factores de riesgo. Recomendamos la promoción a la salud sobre los factores de riesgo de padecer esta enfermedad y tomar acciones necesarias para así evitar complicaciones mejorando el bienestar materno fetal. Hay que concientizar a las mujeres gestantes sobre la importancia de los controles prenatales. dc.description.abstract | The objective of our study is to determine the risk factors associated with hypertensive disease in pregnant women treated at the University Hospital of Guayaquil. Year 2014-2017. It was a study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental cross-sectional design and analytical research method Results: Among the most frequent risk factors that are present in the selected patients, we observed: age between 20 to 35 years in 74%, mixed race 91%, week of gestation greater than 35 in 41%, low resources in 85%, consumption of alcohol and tobacco during pregnancy by 7%, drug use by 9%, history of hypertension by 4%, diabetes by 1% and other pathologies by 4%; pathological family history of hypertension in 20% and of diabetes in 13%; a history of preeclampsia in 13%; it is presented in primigraves in 54%, pregnancy with unique products in 97%. Conclusions: This pathology is preventable by knowing or investigating risk factors. We recommend the promotion to health about the risk factors of suffering from this disease and take necessary actions to avoid complications improving maternal and fetal wellbeing. Pregnant women should be made aware of the importance of prenatal check-ups. | es_ES |
