This thesis aimed to: analyze Risk Management in Alliance Medical Center with proposed implementation of a Model & S to improve prevention of occupational accidents and illnesses. Descriptive, analytical and deductive methodology was used, applying techniques of observation and survey and the check list and questionnaire, showing compliance of Executive Order 2393 by monitoring physical risk factors, although there are flaws in the ergonomic control, psychosocial and electrical hazards due to the position in which some employees work and mental pressure they are subjected, accident statistics observed in conditions such as arthritis, heel pain, varicose veins, gastritis; well that enough fire extinguishers was not appreciated, nor the training of personnel to deal with an emergency, used as techniques Panorama Risk Method FINE, Ishikawa diagrams and Pareto, identifying the biological risks are the main issue, participating with 72.73% of absenteeism in accident statistics due to deactivation of PPE, limited spraying, improper waste management, failure inspeccioes planned, generating 22 days lost in 9 accidents, risk rate 2.44 days lost and an annual loss of $ 5,227.09. He raised as proposed Management Model OH & S, based in Deming cycle, which included the organization of a Joint Committee on S & SO, manual Biosafety with procedure hand washing, sorting, collection of infectious waste and non-infectious, fumigation; staff training and planned inspections, generating an investment of $ 2,750.00 to be recovered in two years, with an IRR of 29.51%, NPV of $ 3,644.57 and coefficient benefit / cost ratio of 1.33, which showed the feasibility and viability of the proposal.
