dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación se realizó como parte de un análisis ocupacional dentro de una institución hospitalaria, con el objetivo de describir aquellos factores que favorecieron u obstaculizaron el proceso de la entrevista y validación de información a los trabajadores de la institución. Su importancia radica en el manejo de la entrevista para obtener información pertinente que sirva para el análisis ocupacional, por lo que la finalidad de este trabajo es contribuir a la mejora del manejo de la técnica a través de la experiencia obtenida durante el servicio comunitario. La metodología utilizada fue la sistematización de experiencias, a partir de aquí generar conocimiento sobre una experiencia; de la cual se pudo identificar características que tienen que tener los entrevistadores dependiendo el contexto en que se aplique la técnica. Los aprendizajes obtenidos dieron como resultado que las habilidades comunicativas de acuerdo al contexto donde se realiza la entrevista son de suma importancia, así también, las condiciones donde se lleva a cabo, además de crear un ambiente adecuado y cómodo para establecer un rapport adecuado que permita desarrollo con total normalidad la aplicación de la entrevista y validación información levantaes_ES
dc.description.abstractThis degree work was carried out as part of an occupational analysis within a hospital institution, with the objective of describing those factors that favored or hindered the process of interviewing and validating information to the institution's workers. Its importance in the management of the interview to obtain pertinent information for occupational analysis, so the purpose of this work is to contribute to improving the management of the technique through the experience gained during community service. The methodology used was the systematization of experiences, in order to generate knowledge about an experience from which it was possible to identify characteristics that interviewers must have depending on the context in which the technique is applied. The learning obtained resulted in communication skills according to the context in which the interview is conducted are of utmost importance, as well as the conditions in which it is carried out, in addition to creating an adequate and comfortable environment to establish an adequate rapport that allows the application of the interview to take place normally and to validate the information collectedes_ES
